During this period Piotr was very fortunate to exhibit in the fashion fair IGEDO in Dusseldorf, Germany, where four times a year, he supplied these very special Chinese and Indonesian goods to fashionable shops and butiques in Germany and Switzerland.

The next step was to open two shops in Copenhagen, Denmark, in the popular Ströget area, from where he continued to trade for two years, still with Indonesian, Thai and Chinese goods.

Zapata tries to combine art and crafts from Asia, at the same time, keeping up with fashion trends in both Paris and London. The fabrics are hand printed batik and antik ikat blankets and handmade jewellery. Since Piotr imports these producst directly to his butique without a "middle man" the prices are very competitive and people come in from all over the world to buy these exlusive goods. He hopes to be able to continue trading with the same high quality products for many years to follow. Come and see for yourself!
